ProCo Custom Homes is proud to present new speculative (spec) homes in multiple subdivisions. We are excited to bring our experience as custom home builders the triangle area. Although we are still building custom homes on private lots in the area, building spec homes allows Proutey Construction to bring our quality home at an affordable price to buyers. Custom homes can be cost-prohibitive; however, we utilize our established resources to build a more cost-efficient home for the buyer. Our spec homes have integrated our experience as custom builders with the quality we bring to every home for a priced based on time and efficiency to build.  We hope you will love your ProCo home as much as we love building it for you!
